I’m excited to announce that my paper, "Exploring the Theory of a 'Dismantled Mindset': A Call for Collective Empowerment," is now available on SSRN! This marks an important step in sharing my research with the wider academic community and invites opportunities for feedback, discussion, and collaboration.
Why I’m Sharing This on SSRN
SSRN is a fantastic platform for early-stage academic work, where scholars, practitioners, and thought leaders come together to share and critique ideas. By posting this paper, I hope to spark conversations around how systemic power structures shape our identities and perpetuate inequality. The Dismantled Mindset theory explores how greed, fear, influence, and historical legacies fragment individual and collective identities. It also examines how technology, particularly Artificial Intelligence (AI), can both reinforce and potentially dismantle these systems of power.
A Call for Collaboration
Now that the paper is out in the world, I’m reaching out to anyone interested in collaborating on this important issue. Whether you’re a researcher in psychology, social justice, technology ethics, or any other field, I believe that the Dismantled Mindset framework offers a valuable lens for understanding the intersection of power, identity, and systemic inequality.
Here’s how you can collaborate:
Please Share your insights: If you’ve worked on similar issues, or if you have thoughts on how we can use AI to dismantle power structures, I’d love to hear from you.
Provide feedback: Your critical feedback will be invaluable as I continue to refine the theory and develop it further.
Join the conversation: Reach out via email, or comment directly on the SSRN paper to engage in a broader dialogue about collective empowerment and how we can take action against disempowering systems.
This is only the beginning. I am actively seeking to build an interdisciplinary network of thinkers dedicated to addressing these and other critical challenges in the age of AI.
