Conscious Ground

This view proposes that consciousness is not a property, product, or location within physical systems. It is a fundamental structural feature of reality, closely tied to information and numerical organization. It appears as an irreducible individual “Iocal event” when a portion of reality forms a stable self-referential informational structure. Consciousness is therefore not emergent or derivative, but basic to how structured reality can organize itself.

What would it mean, philosophically or scientifically, if consciousness is not something produced by systems but a fundamental condition of certain self-referential structures within reality itself?
